They were first developed in 1994 and sold through tackle shops. These lures are a imitation minnow similar to the original Baltic Minnow . The Harasser lure is a Casting, Jigging and Trolling lure. Suited to a medium speed retrieve they resemble a fleeing bait fish Each lure is 45mm long and weighs 10 grams there are a variety of colours.
